The service and these terms

Tirtle is a learning and preparation service operated by Mintelan. These terms apply to your use of the website. Please read them along with the privacy notice. If you have a question, contact hello@tirtle.com.

Practice is preparation

Tirtle offers original practice questions, explanations, progress tools, exam rehearsals, and an application planning workspace. It is independent of Project Management Institute, Inc. and is not endorsed by PMI. PMP is a registered mark of PMI. Our questions are not actual or recalled PMI exam questions.

No score, rehearsal result, recommendation, or application checklist guarantees that you will pass an exam or meet PMI’s eligibility requirements. The product is a growing collection rather than a replacement for the complete official exam outline, eligibility rules, or your broader preparation. Review current requirements directly with PMI before applying or scheduling an exam.

Tirtle’s practice activities do not currently award qualifying education hours, course certificates, or professional development units. Application records are your drafts. You remain responsible for their accuracy and for submitting them through PMI’s official process.

Your account and content

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep your sign-in secure. Enter accurate information, respect other people’s privacy, and include only material you have the right to use. You retain rights in the application descriptions and other original information you enter. You allow Tirtle and its service providers to process it as needed to deliver the functions you request.

Don’t use the service to submit fraudulent credentials, upload confidential material without permission, interfere with the website, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute the question collection, or share actual or recalled exam content.

Free practice, Gems, and Plus

Unlimited daily practice, guided missions, short drills, and explanations remain free in the current version. Taking quarter, half, or full exam rehearsals, accessing personal dashboard charts, and downloading detailed reports require an active Tirtle Plus membership. Rehearsals use the available question bank, so questions may repeat across attempts. Gems are earned in practice and used for available mission settings; they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Tirtle Plus is currently a feature preview. The proposed $9.99 monthly price is not an active subscription offer, and billing is not enabled. If paid plans become available, the final price, included features, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase. Nothing in this preview authorizes a charge.

Tirtle’s content and character

Tirtle’s original character artwork, interface, question content, and other product materials belong to Mintelan or their respective rights holders. You may use the service for your own learning and keep exports intended for your personal use. Permission is required to sell, republish, or distribute the question bank, artwork, or product materials.

Availability and your work

We aim to make the service useful and reliable, but it may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable. Save your changes and keep a copy of application exports that matter to you. Exam rehearsal clocks keep running when you leave the page, except during a scheduled rehearsal break. Technical issues and practice results do not alter an official PMI exam or application.

The service is provided as available, subject to the rights and protections that applicable law gives you. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
